Nuova SiTT is a design, manufacture of molds and injection molder of plastics, for technical application. The company uses the most advanced technologies such as two-component molding and overmolding, developing additional activities such as assembling, pad printing, screen printing and cutting. Nuova SiTT aims within the production chain as a supplier of components made with advanced technological value solutions in injection molding, and an aggregator and coordinator of resources for the delivery of more complex products. The structure is able to collaborate with the customer right from the design phase to produce small, medium and large series, adhering to the specific needs to meet them with competence and flexibility.

Stampaggio bicomponente

La tecnologia bi/tri materiale consente di ottenere pezzi finiti, prodotti con materiali diversi per colore o tipo di polimero (per esempio supporto in materiale rigido e sovrastampaggio di gomma termoplastica), ottenendo così pezzi finiti senza operazioni di montaggio manuale.

Sovrastampaggio

La produzione di componenti ibridi spinge a trovare sempre nuove soluzioni e idee prodotto. Attraverso partnership con i più importanti produttori di presse a iniezione e produttori di robot antropomorfi, abbiamo sviluppato una serie di automazioni che prevedono il sovrastampaggio di inserti metallici e sinterizzati con PA66, PBT e POM caricati fibra vetro.
