The conception of the mold is a fundamental step in the injection molding process.
For this during design and feasibility, they should be considered all the variables that can affect the final product.
From a first analysis of feasibility, a filling simulation might support the design choices, the choice of the injection point and of the process parameters.
In addition to this, we perform internally the 3D and 2D design so as to provide all information necessary to perform the mold tooling, CAD / CAM programs.
